Good News on the Colorado Economic Front

Denver Mortgage Rates Fall to All-Time Low This Week

Calling all prospective Denver homebuyers! Mortgage rates fell to an all-time low this week, dropping to 4.17 percent from 4.24 percent last week. This is the lowest interest rate ever recorded.
